On May 11th, Zhou Zuyi, the Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee and the Chairman of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People's Congress, led a delegation from Fujian Province to visit Malaysia and received a warm welcome from local people of Fujianese descent.

The Malaysian Ministry of Health celebrated World Health Day 2023 in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), with the theme "Health For All".
The Malaysian Health Minister, YB Dr Zaliha Mustafa emphasized the importance of healthcare as an investment and not expenditure and the need for more financing to achieve the goal of "Health For All".
